  • Chris Parvin

    FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Chris brings extensive cross-industry expertise to ParvCo where he oversees a family office of over 200 employees and a broad portfolio of investments—from Emporium Pies to commercial real estate. Also a Board Certified attorney, former city councilman, and truancy court judge, Chris combines rigorous operational oversight with a commitment to community leadership.

  • Junior Borges

    CHIEF CULINARY OFFICER

    Junior brings over two decades of elite culinary expertise to ParvCo, having honed his craft at Michelin-starred A Voce in New York before capturing national acclaim in Dallas at Uchi and Meridian—where he was named a 2023 James Beard Outstanding Chef semifinalist. Junior now leads at Nic & Junior’s Tavern in Chicago, where he infuses the group’s upscale portfolio with his signature craftsmanship.

  • Jeff Weiszbrod

    CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

    Jeff delivers critical execution and operational mastery to ParvCo, overseeing key brands including White Rhino Coffee and Emporium Pies. With a versatile background spanning multi-unit operations, general contracting, and team coordination, he specializes in bridging the gap between creative vision and market reality.

  • Aramis Loetz

    PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

    Aramis drives the strategic and cultural growth of ParvCo’s high-volume brands, drawing on deep multi-unit experience with nationally recognized hospitality concepts. Now overseeing operations for White Rhino Coffee and Emporium Pies, he focuses on shaping future leaders and fostering an empowered culture where teams are entirely freed to lead.

    SENIOR CREATIVE OFFICER

    Jacob is a two-time Emmy award-winning creative director who has worked alongside Fortune 500 companies to deliver impactful content that increases brand awareness. Jacob brings extensive experience in brand execution through package design, film + photo, and motion design that brings a polished look to every composition.
